S. Jayne Wagner Watkins Glen: S. Jayne Wagner, age 89, of Watkins Glen, NY passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side on Tuesday November 20, 2012 at Seneca View Skilled Nursing Facility, in Montour Falls, NY. Friends are invited to call from 10:00 to 11:00 am Saturday (Dec. 1) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 am, with Rev. Jane Winters officiating. Inurnment will follow in Tyrone Union Cemetery, Tyrone, NY. The family respectfully declines flowers, graciously wishing for memorial contributions to be made to the Tyrone Volunteer Ambulance Corp., P.O. Box 69, Tyrone, NY 14887. Jayne was born October 19, 1923 in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late Lester and Mable Resue Clark. She graduated from Watkins Glen High School in 1941. On January 4, 1943 in Chicago, Ill. she married the late Chester H. Wagner; he passed away on Sept. 12, 1983. A life long area resident Jayne was a retired Home Health Aide employed by the Schuyler Co. Health Dept. until her retirement in 1983. Mrs. Wagner was a former member of the Wayne American Legion Meade-Price Post, and the Hammondsport Moose Lodge. A loving mother and grandmother, she is survived by 2 sons William (Mary) Wagner of Tyrone, Edward (Angie) Wagner of Bath; 3 daughters Bonnie Bagley of Bradford, NY, Carol Galpeer of Norwalk, CT, Deborah K.
