Rosa L. Martinez Dundee: Rosa L. Martinez, age 73, of Dundee, NY passed away with her sons by her side on Friday April 19, 2013 in the comfort of her home. Friends may call from 3-4 p.m. Friday (Apr. 26) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where a memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m.. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Dundee. Rosa was born Nov. 1, 1939 in Canandaigua, NY, the daughter of the late James William Norris and Tessie Leola Lee Norris. On April 7, 1979 in Dundee she married the late Ramon Agosto Martinez, who passed away on June 4, 2002. A loving mother and grandmother who adored children, Rosa is loved and will be dearly missed by her son Thomas E. Love of Dundee; her granddaughter Amy M. Love of Phelps, NY, 3 great grandchildren Kaylie E. Atkinson, Xavier K. Smith, and Temperance R. Smith born on April 17; a sister Marian (Don) Wagner of Conklin, NY; her longtime boyfriend Ralph "Guy" Chase of Dundee, several step children, and grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
