Robert J. Plattner Dundee: Robert J. Plattner, age 54, of Dundee, NY passed away peacefully Wednesday December 31, 2014 in the comfort of his home surrounded by his loving family. Friends are invited to call from 3-5 p.m. Wednesday (Jan. 21) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where a memorial service will be held at 5:00 p.m. with Lay Pastor Lew Ann Giles officiating. Robert was born April 9, 1960 in Ware, MA, the son of the late Robert F. and Barbara Stearns Plattner. He is loved and will be dearly missed by his soul mate Patricia H. Laumeyer at home; 2 sons Robert J. (Delores) Plattner of Pheonix, AZ, Thomas E. Plattner of New York City; 3 step children, Anthony A. (Crystal) Bromeling of Farmington, MN, Neil W. Laumeyer of at home, Brandi Lynn Laumeyer of Rosemont, MN; 3 grandchildren Achilies Plattner, Tyler and A.J. Bromeling; 2 sisters Elizabeth Parenteau of Springfield, MA, Valiere (Chet) Oberg of Northfield, MA; and 2 nephews. Besides his parents he was pre-deceased by a niece Cricket.
