Raymond was born August 21, 1959 in Penn Yan, NY, one of 6 sons born to the late Earl "Chester" and Mabel E. Conklin Arthurs Sr. A life-long local resident, Ray worked and volunteered at many area farms, enduring and living with his loss of hearing. He is survived by 5 brothers Richard E. (Ellen) Arthurs of Buchanan, VA, James C. Arthurs, William C. Arthurs, Cliff R. (Erin) Arthurs, Earl C. "JR" Arthurs Jr. all of Dundee, 3 sisters Carol L. Schneider of Dundee, Beverly A.
