Paul G. Collins Dundee: Paul G. Collins, age 68, of Dundee, NY died Saturday March 7, 2015 in the comfort of his home. Friends are invited to calling hours from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday (Mar. 12) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where his funeral service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday (Mar. 13). Dundee, NY 14837. Paul was born May 27, 1946 in Stafford Springs, CT, one of 3 sons of Warren and Elva Grant Collins. After graduating high school he studied Agricultural Technology at the University of Connecticut. He has lived locally since 1970, previously of Enfield, CT. On June 29, 1985 in Dundee, NY he married the former Linda J. Bailey. Paul was the owner of Rainbow Over Dundee Dairy Farm in Dundee, NY. He served on the Board of Directors of Agway. He was a John Deere Tractor enthusiast, loved farming, cattle breeding, and raising, and was passionate about passing on his knowledge. He is loved and will be dearly missed by his wife Linda J. Collins at home; his mother Elva Collins of Shapleigh, ME; a daughter Deborah J. Collins, of Dundee; 2 sons Marshall C. Collins also of Dundee, and Ernest N. Collins at home; 4 grandchildren Andrea, Josephine, Branden, and Shannon; a great grandson Damian; 2 brothers Arthur "Pete" (Joyce) Collins of Waukesha, WI, Mark (Susan) Collins of Dundee; a sister Kathleen Collins of Shapleigh, ME; his first wife & mother of his children Susan Smith of Dundee; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Warren Collins.
