Marion E. Howell Himrod: Marion E. Howell, age 83, of Himrod, NY passed away January 21, 2021 at the Cayuga Medical Center, Ithaca, NY. Marion was born December 29, 1937 in Dixonville, PA, daughter of Thure and Anna Carlson. She is dearly loved and will be forever missed by her husband of 64 years, Donald M. Howell, Sr., children, Kimberly (Paul Clark) Howell, Deborah Roloson, Kevin (Karen) Howell, Jamie (Gabriele) Howell and Donald (Lisa) Howell, Jr. and sister, Jean Bell of Southern Pines, NC. Marion also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, who she loved and cherished. She was predeceased by her parents, her son, Scott Howell and brothers, Jack and Carl Carlson. Marion enjoyed cooking; taking walks in the snow, but most of all loved her family. We will have an ever abundance of happy memories of the great stories she shared and the laughter and joy she brought to our lives and those she touched. "Mom, you will always be in our thoughts and forever in our hearts. We lost a treasure and heaven gained an angel!" The family wishes to send a heartfelt thank you to the staff at Cayuga Medical Center for their care and compassion. Honoring her wishes, there are no calling hours.
