Leslie E. McFall Dundee: Leslie E. McFall, age 76, of Dundee NY passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday June 5, 2013. Leslie was born April 10, 1937 in Penn Yan, the son of the late Archie and Mary Webster McFall. On May 3, 1958 in the Penn Yan Methodist Church he married the former Edith L. Perry. A life long area resident; and former employee of Blades Construction, and Lanes Construction, he retired from Allison-Daniels Roofing in 1982. Mr. McFall was a Penn Yan Fireman in the 1960's; and a former member of the Montour Falls Moose Lodge. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and raising, and riding horses. He is loved and will be missed by his wife of 55 years Edith L. McFall at home; a son Robert A. (Carrie) McFall of Penn Yan; 2 daughters Ann M. (Clyde) Allen of Corning, Pamela J. (Robert) Gardiner of Bath; 6 grandchildren Aleasha (Tom Erick) Gardiner, Justin (Britteny) Gardiner, Chantee, Ariel, Brittney, & Shyanne McFall; 9 great grandchildren, Allison Drew, Dominique, Hayden, Connor, & Kylee Erick, Brylee Gardiner, Sky Sampson, Jonathon Dier and Morgan Rogers; a sister Edna Schenck of Dundee; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a daughter Cynthia L. McFall in 1969; 3 brothers, and 4 sisters. Honoring his wishes there are no prior calling hours. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday (June 12) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee, with Pastor Evelyn Emerson officiating. Inurnment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Penn Yan, NY. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Heart Assoc.
