Kathryn Helen Horski Penn Yan: Kathryn Helen Horski, age 81, of Penn Yan, NY passed away on Friday March 21, 2025 at The Homestead, in Penn Yan, N.Y. There are no prior calling hours. A remembrance service will be held at 12:00 noon Friday April 4, 2025 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1833 Flat St., Penn Yan with President Richard Perry officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Hillside Cemetery, Dundee, NY. Memorial contributions may be made to Humane Society of Yates County, P.O. Box 12, Penn Yan, N.Y., 14527 Kathryn was born January 27, 1944 in Penn Yan, the only child of the late George and Margaret (Anderson) Yeoman. She graduated from Penn Yan Academy. In 1997 she married the late Joseph Horski in Michigan; he unfortunately passed away on Easter Sunday of 1999. She was a self-employed Horticulturist for many years while living in Owosso, Michigan, owning several greenhouses raising numerous flowers for retail sale. Mrs. Horski was a member of the small country church in Bennington, MI. In her spare-time she enjoyed yards sales, and country music. She is survived by her only daughter Patricia A. (Ross) Andrews Sr. of Penn Yan, 4 grandchildren Santos Roderick, Gabrial Roderick both of Penn Yan, Morgan (Scott Voak) Andrews of Hall, and Ross Andrews Jr. also of Penn Yan; 2 great granddaughters Julia Roderick, and Shellbee Roderick; along with several aunts, uncles, and countless cousins.
