Katherine A. Tyler Dundee/Tyrone: Katherine A. Tyler, age 83, of the town of Tyrone, passed away peacefully in the comfort of her home with family around her, Saturday January 31, 2026. Katherine was born September 27, 1942 in Bath, NY. On June 5, 1960 in Bath, NY she married Wesley J. Tyler. Katherine worked for many years in the vineyards. She retired after 20 years working at the Ranch Grocery 226, in Bradford, NY. In her spare time Katherine enjoyed crafting, reading, puzzles and collecting angels. Her precious memories were always times spent with her family and pets. She is loved and will be forever missed by her husband of 65 years Wesley J. Tyler at home, 2 daughters Christina K. Shaut of Altay, and Gina L. (David) Alexander of Penn Yan; 4 grandchildren Sara A. (Anthony) Yeoman, Cody R. Shaut, Erik A. (Amanda Thomas) Alexander, and Erin L. (Tim) Braden; 7 great grandchildren Kailey and Korrin Yeoman, Hudson and Adalee Alexander, Sierra, Cory, and Lyrik Braden; along with numerous nieces and nephews; and her precious 12 year old fur baby "Milo". Besides her parents, she was predeceased by 2 sisters. Honoring her wishes there are no calling hours. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
