Judine Kay Riegel Dundee: Judine Kay Riegel, age 71, of Dundee, NY, formally of St. Mark's Terrace in Penn Yan, NY, passed away peacefully in her sleep Monday December 25, 2017 at the Penn Yan Manor. At Judine's request there will be no calling hours or service. The family will hold a private celebration of Judine's life. Judine was born January 22, 1946 in Yuma Arizona, daughter of the late Harvey and Marie (Greschke) Schmalz. She married the late Leo Riegel; who passed away on November 11, 2000. She was a Home Health Aide for many years. She was a spunky lady who enjoyed her family, flower gardens, and birds. She is loved and will be missed by her daughter Rhonda K. (Don) Campbell of Dundee, her son Mark A. (Stacy) Larsen of Worthington, MN, her grandkids Rachelle Strait, Kyle Campbell, and Emily Campbell, her great-grandson Cooper Strait, 3 brothers Vern (Betty) Schmalz of Chisholm, MN, Steven (Denise) Schmalz of Hibbing, MN, Richard Schmalz of Watford City, ND, 2 sisters Margaret (Stanley) Sokoloski of Zim, MN, Pat (Jerry) Hakala of Chisholm, MN, and numerous nieces and nephews.
