Joe W. Tadder Penn Yan: Joe W. Tadder, age 63, of Penn Yan, NY gave up the fight on Friday April 26, 2019 in the comfort of his home, surrounded by his loved ones. Honoring his wishes there were no calling hours. A Celebration of his life will be held at the convenience of the family this summer. Joe was born Nov. 19, 1955 in Penn Yan, NY, the son of the late Edward James and Loretta Irene {Leiter} Tadder. He served in the U.S. Army from 1974-1976. A lifelong area resident, Joe was a self-employed auto mechanic. He is loved and will be dearly missed by his daughter Leslie A. Dauphinee of Conesus, NY; his companion & mother of his daughter Diantha Tadder at home; 4 grandsons Edward Bell, Shawn Martin, Dakota and Thunder Dauphinee; 2 great granddaughters Echo Lynn, and Azelynn Marie Sanford; a brother James Leiter of Dundee; 2 sisters Betty (Dee) Kerrick of Dresden, and Rose (Dale) Wheeler of Geneva; along with several nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
