Jean Irene (Eyrich) Dean Dundee: Jean Irene (Eyrich) Dean, age 79, of Dundee, NY passed away with family at her side, Thursday December 8, 2022 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, in Elmira, NY. Calling hours will be from 1:00 -3:00 p.m. Sunday Dec. 18, 2022 with a memorial service following at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; after which the family invites everyone to join them at a reception at the Dundee American Legion. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Dundee VFW Auxiliary 8649 P.O. Box 206 or Dundee Fire Company Emergency Squad, 12 Union St., Dundee, NY 14837. Jean was born Dec. 13, 1942 in Penn Yan, NY, the daughter of the late Lester L. and Rowena G. (Fultz) Eyrich. She graduated from Dundee Central School in 1960. She worked in the vineyards before joining the family business founded by her father, Our Family Circle Tax Services in Dundee which she eventually retired from. Jean was a member of the Dundee VFW Auxiliary; was a life-long Dundee Race Track fan; loved to read, and hand made Christmas ornaments for her family every year. She is dearly loved and will be forever missed by a son Edward Dean; 4 daughters Sharon M. (Peter) Wartinger, Linda J. Chisom, Terri Sue (Fran Hilton) Shoots, Lisa Kae (Michael) Raplee; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; 2 brothers Robert 'Bob' (Chiraporn Lee) Eyrich, and Roy Eyrich; an aunt Joyce Bloom; loving caregivers Tina Roberts & Kortnee Raplee; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Besides her parents she was pre-deceased by twin brother and sister Phyllip & Phyllis Eyrich; a grandson Mark Dean; and a great granddaughter Cori Dean; along with several half-brothers & sisters William, Warren, Beverly & Mary Ann.
