Jacqueline A. 'Jackie' Hanaway Bellis Dundee: Jacqueline A. 'Jackie' Hanaway Bellis, age 64, of Dundee, NY ended her courageous battle with cancer on Friday October 9, 2015 in the comfort of her home. Friends are invited to calling hours from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Tuesday (Oct. 13) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee, NY; where her funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm with Fr. Jack O'Connor officiating. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery, Dundee. Memorial contributions may be made to Ontario-Yates County Hospice Assoc., 756 Pre-Emption Rd., Geneva, NY 14456. Jacqueline was born October 26, 1950 in Johnson City, NY, the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Harding Hanaway. She graduated from Sayre High School in 1969, and then from Elmira Business Institute. On July 17, 1971 in Waverly, NY she married Mark S. Bellis. Having worked for Western Counties, and Continental Phone Companies, the Yates County A.R.C. and the former Belle Shoppe in Dundee, she retired from her secretary position at Schuyler Hospital in Montour Falls, NY in 2005. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her husband of 44 years Mark S. Bellis at home; her only son Brandon M. (Elizabeth) Bellis of Grand Haven, MI; twin grandsons Joseph and Dominic Bellis; a brother Jeff Hanaway of Addison, NY, and her mother in law Beatrice Bellis of Floral City, Florida.
