Evelyn P. McFall Dundee: Evelyn P. McFall, age 91, of Dundee, NY passed away Monday December 5, 2022 in the comfort of her home with her daughter Mary at her side. Honoring her wishes there are no prior calling hours or public services. Inurnment will be in Hillside Cemetery, Dundee, NY. Evelyn was born May 13, 1931 in Wayne, NY, the daughter of the late Kenneth M. and Alice M. (Frankfather) Smith. On April 28, 1949 in Dundee, she married the late Floyd A. McFall who passed away on Oct. 8, 1995. A life-long area resident, she worked in the vineyards like most woman in her era, she was a seamstress for years, employed by the former Michael Stearns Clothing Co. of Penn Yan, NY; and later in life she enjoyed being a private housekeeper. Mrs. McFall attended Wayne Baptist Church in her youth, and more recently Grace Baptist Church in Beaver Dams. She was a former member of both the Wayne and Dundee American Legion Auxiliaries. In her spare time, she enjoyed embroidery, crochet, and collecting Angels, and anything Tiger related. She is survived by 4 daughters Mary T. Horton of Beaver Dams who lived with her during her final months; Doris A. (Scott) Conklin of Waverly, NY, Betty A. Janes of Glenwood Springs, CO, and Alice L. (Dan Moss) Terwilliger of Horseheads; 12 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; a sister Ann Marie (Harvey) Albright of Pinehurst, N.C.; a special cousin Bev (Gary) Boardman of Dundee; several nieces, nephews and a very, very, special friend Bill Carruthers, along with countless friends. Besides her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by 3 sons Harold 'Skip', Randall, and Roy McFall. Arrangements entrusted to the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee.
