Debra E. Arthurs Dundee: Debra E. Arthurs, age 65, of Dundee, NY passed away unexpectedly on Sunday March 21, 2021 at Elcor Nursing Home, in Horseheads, NY. Honoring the family wishes, there will be no calling hours. Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Debra was born September 5, 1955 in Keyser, West Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Milford and Esther (Lynn) Smith. She graduated from Penn Yan Academy in 1973. On May 5, 1978 in Penn Yan, NY she married William C. Arthurs. A lifelong area resident, and devoted housewife; she enjoyed watching her favorite sitcoms, nurturing her beautiful flower beds, collecting all the United States Quarters, reading encyclopedias, caring for her precious cats; but most of all, her most cherished love was her husband and daughters. She is loved and will be dearly missed by her husband of 42 years, William C. Arthurs at home; her daughters Cindy Arthurs also at home; and Angela Arthurs of Penn Yan; along with several nieces, nephews, and in laws.
