Dawn Henderson-Brown Dundee: Dawn Henderson-Brown, age 79, of Dundee, NY passed away following a brief illness on Friday March 3, 2017 at Geneva General Hospital, in Geneva, N.Y. There are no prior calling hours. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm (Mar. 9) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee with Pastor Dale Eby officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to any Veterans Organization or Charity. Dawn was born April 13, 1937 in Manchester, England, the daughter of the late Thomas Alexander Henderson and Sabrina May (Parry) Henderson. On Feb. 22, 1958 in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, England she married the late Jeff G. Brown Jr. who passed away on Dec. 23, 2014. She has lived locally since 1991, previously of New Orleans, La. and California, formerly of Germany. Dawn was a former Dental Assistant and a Veterinary Assistant. She is loved and will be dearly missed by her daughter Lydia Gray Brown with whom she made her home; a cousin Leslie in England; and many friends in the Mennonite community.
