Claudia M. Scoggins Penn Yan/Barrington: Claudia M. Scoggins, age 66, of East Lake Rd. Penn Yan, NY died Tuesday April 28, 2015 in the comfort of her home. Claudia was born February 2, 1949 in Snohomish, Washington; the daughter of the late Donald and Mickey Turner Acton. She has lived locally, off and on since 1987, formerly of Washington, and Montana, where she was employed by "The Mint" in Libby, Montana. She is survived by a daughter Lisa K. (Ken Christensen Jr.) Wheeler of Penn Yan; a son Jorge G. Villanueva of Everett, WA, a daughter Mickey (Larry) Cole of New Pine City, OR; 8 grandchildren Alisha, Angelique, Michael, Alexander, Maddison, Carter, Kennedy, and Jackson; 2 great grandchildren Carter, and Royce; a brother Steven (Carrie) Acton of Soldotna, AK; a sister Susan Willett of Libby, MT; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was pre-deceased by a brother Marcus Acton of Snohomish, WA. Arrangements were entrusted to the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee.
