As the eldest of a large family, Carol was born and raised in Dundee, NY. She attended a local college and was an expert organic gardener. Carol loved working with plants and was a source of valuable information to organic growers. Carol also loved cats, animals, and the natural beauty of the Finger Lakes.

Carol will be lovingly remembered by her close friends for her hearty laugh, kindness, sense of humor, gardening expertise, and positive view on life. By marching to the beat of her own drum, Carol was a singular presence in our community. She will be forever cherished by those who took the time to truly understand her rare and unique spirit.
