Beverly A. O'Neil Montour Falls: Beverly A. O'Neil, age 73, recently of Seneca View S.N.F. Montour Falls, NY previously of Dundee, died Thursday September 8, 2016 at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, in Elmira, NY. There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Beverly was born April 1, 1943 in Elmira, NY, the only daughter of the late Donald W. and Beatrice Easton Brown. She graduated from Attica Jr./Sr. High School in 1963, she went on to earn an Associate Degree from Corning Community College, and then her Bachelor Degree from Franklin College. Having lived in Nevada, and Boston, she has lived locally since 2009, previously of Syracuse where she was employed as a caregiver by the N.Y.S. Dept. Mental Hygiene. A generous woman who supported all worthy charities, she loved cats, enjoyed classic movies, and was an avid reader. She is survived by her 2 brothers Robert M. (Carol "Sue") Brown of Penn Yan, and Richard D. (Julie) Brown of Mena, Arkansas; 3 aunts Nadine Crippen of Alpine, NY, Kay Easton of Breesport, NY, Joan Easton of Rochester, NY; several nieces, nephews, cousins; and a special friend Henry "Hank" Buell of Naples, NY.
