Bettyann Deutsch Himrod: Bettyann Deutsch, age 69, of Himrod, NY passed away on Sunday July 12, 2015 at Keuka Comfort Care Home, in Penn Yan, NY. Friends are invited to calling hours from 3:00 – 4:00 p.m. on Thursday (July 16) at the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee; where her funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. with Lay Pastor Lew Ann Giles officiating. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday (July 17) in Bruynswick Rural Cemetery, in Wallkill NY. Memorial contributions may be made to Keuka Comfort Care Home P.O. Bettyann was born September 27, 1945 in Newburgh, NY, the daughter of the late Michael and Helen Masten Galick. She graduated from Wallkill Central School in 1963. On March 30, 1985 she married Edward W. Deutsch in Wallkill, NY. A life-long resident of Wallkill she was an Executive Secretary at Shawangunk Correctional Facility in Wallkill, retiring in 2000; moving to Himrod in 2002. She was a member of the Shawangunk Reformed Church in Wallkill, was very active in the 4H for many years, enjoyed sewing, fishing, golf, and spending time with friends at the Seneca Lake Duck Hunters Club. She is survived by her husband of 30 years Edward W. Deutsch at home; 2 sons Thomas E. (Sandra) Roebuck of Unionville, VA, Shawn E. Roebuck of Wallkill, NY; a daughter Audra M. Roebuck of Walden, NY; 3 grandchildren Clinton, Courtney, and Connor Roebuck; and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a son Andrew S.
