Arthur V. Jennings Dundee: Arthur V. Jennings, age 77, of Dundee, NY died Friday April 15, 2016 at Schuyler Hospital, in Montour Falls, N.Y.. The family will receive friends from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. with a celebration of his life memorial service at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday May 21, 2016 at the Faith Baptist Church 13 Harpending Ave. Dundee, NY, with Pastor David Semans officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the Schuyler Hospital Rehabilitation Program 220 Steuben St. Montour Falls, NY 14865. Arthur was born August 25, 1938 in Hamburg, NJ, the son of the late Arthur and Ethel M. Sanders Jennings. He graduated from Hamburg High School in 1956. He married the former Marguerite Stevenfield on who passed away on Christmas day 1999. He was a heavy equipment operator for the Wantage Township, NJ Highway Department until his retirement in 2001. Formerly of Sussex County New Jersey, he lived in Crystal River Florida for 4 years before moving to Dundee in 2006; where on June 8, 2007 he married the former Barbara L. Terwilliger, who survives at home. In his younger years Mr. Jennings was an avid horseman and barrel racer; and later in life, he enjoyed woodworking. Besides his wife Barbara L. Jennings; he is survived by 6 children all of whom he loved as his own, Jessica E. (Steven) Annexstein of Monticello, NY, Peggy (Tom) Belcher-Conover, and Caroline Belcher both of Sussex, NJ, Aggie Dennis, and Mary (Rodney) Brown both of Wantage, NJ, and Emmy Lou (Phil) Coventry of Dingmans Ferry, PA; a grandson that he raised Charles (Donna) Belcher of Milford, PA; and several more grandchildren and great grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by 3 sisters, 2 brothers, and a grandson Nelson Conover. Arrangements are by the Baird Funeral Home, 36 Water Street, Dundee.
